Return & Exchange Policy

At FaithOnTees, we are committed to offering high-quality products and a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience. Our Return and Exchange Policy has been created to help customers handle return or exchange requests clearly and efficiently.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and our support team will be happy to assist you.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at service@faithontees.com and include your order number along with the reason for cancellation.

a. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

b. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once received, you may apply for a return in accordance with our return policy.

c. Refunds are generally processed within 5–15 business days after approval. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us for further assistance.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  2. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

  3. Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

  4. All returns or exchanges must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Packages without tracking information will not be processed.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at service@faithontees.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include a brief explanation of the issue along with clear photos. Return requests submitted without prior approval may be declined.

  2. Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions. Please send the item back to the provided address and include the following information inside the package:

    • Order Number

    • Email Address

    • Full Name

    This information is required to properly identify your return. Refunds cannot be issued without it.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund if the conditions are met. You will be notified by email once the refund is issued. Please allow 5–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
    FaithOnTees reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned in unacceptable condition.

Important Notes

  1. For return authorization and the correct return address, please contact service@faithontees.com.

  2. Do not send returns directly to the address listed on our website or on the package without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not qualify for a refund.

  3. We reserve the right to reject return requests if sufficient photographic evidence or a clear description of the issue is not provided, or if we are unable to contact you via email.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. FaithOnTees is not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or incorrectly shipped during transit.

  6. FaithOnTees eGift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  7. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
