Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are prepared and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday). Most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed within the next 1–2 business days.
If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect or incomplete payment details, processing may be delayed by up to 2 additional business days.
In the event that one or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock, processing and shipment may require up to 5 extra business days.
Important Notice
Please note that FaithOnTees is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after shipment. If your package is missing, we strongly recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as possible to file a claim.

Before shipment, all products undergo thorough inspection and quality checks. As a result, actual delivery times may vary slightly from the estimated shipping duration alone.
Shipping Time & Fees
Under normal circumstances, packages are delivered within approximately 5–15 business days after shipment, depending on your location, selected shipping method, and courier standards (such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.).

Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours after shipment to become active in the carrier’s system. If tracking details are not immediately available, please check again later. Estimated delivery times remain valid regardless of tracking update delays.
