Orders, Cancellations, and Acceptance
Orders may only be modified or canceled while in a paid or processing status. Orders that have already been packed or shipped may not be canceled.
FaithOnTees reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraud. Additional verification may be required before order acceptance.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. FaithOnTees is not responsible for late deliveries related to holidays or special occasions.
Shipping and Customs
FaithOnTees ships from multiple warehouses. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
All shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. FaithOnTees cannot declare items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay customs charges or incorrect address information, the customer assumes full responsibility for all associated costs.
Shipping Insurance
FaithOnTees strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Insured orders may qualify for replacement or alternative compensation in the event of delivery issues.
Orders without shipping insurance are not eligible for compensation for loss or damage during transit.
Customer Conduct Policy
FaithOnTees is committed to providing respectful and professional customer service. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unreasonable behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.
FaithOnTees reserves the right to restrict service, refuse future orders, or cease communication with customers who engage in unacceptable behavior.

FaithOnTees is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by payment providers.
Governing Law
